It’s that time of year again! Join Victoria Data Society at its annual Society's Summer BBQ and AGM! 

Everyone is welcome to attend; however, voting is limited to VDS members.

💲 Cover charge

  • No charge for VDS members

  • $10 cash or card at the event for non-members

  • RSVP on MeetUp

🍔 Food & Drinks:

  • Provided: Beef & vegetarian burgers, beef & vegetarian hot dogs, condiments, soft drinks, basic tableware

  • Feel free to bring anything else you might like to eat or share (optional!)

  • No alcohol

  • 12:30 PM – Arrival & Social

  • 12:45 PM – BBQ Lunch Begins

  • 1:30 PM – Annual General Meeting

  • 2:00 PM – Networking, lawn games

  • 2:30 PM – Event Wrap-Up

📌 Notes:

  • Dress for the weather – the picnic shelter provides some cover, but we’ll be outside.

  • Bring lawn chairs, picnic blankets, or outdoor games if you’d like!

  • Directions: The picnic shelter is located behind the Recreation Centre and library. Follow the road past the Q Centre and WildPlay on your right, and the skateboard park, field house, golf course, and baseball diamonds on your left. The pavilion is beside the playground at the end of the road.
